Comments:So much better than expected! I bought this months ago but didn't use it until the other day. I love it! It really works your muscles just like at the gym. I belong to a gym but as a busy mom I wanted something I could do at home. I have a hard time doing ab work since having my kids but this makes it so much easier it really hold you tight and the bar helps you pull up easier.

Comments:Iam 46 have always stayed fit, but recently I have poor balance have beginnings of Ataxia & am pleased that I can do ALL excercises w/o fear of falling and feel good that I am improving my balance issues! Thank you!

Comments:I have bought resistance bands in the past, but this bar plus band is the best designed and most versatile set. You can bring this to work and even work out in a cubicle or take it along on trips. The padded bar is comfortable to use and increasing the resistance is easy because you wind the band onto the bar. This is by far my favorite resistance set and it's "no excuses" as you can exercise anywhere you can stand and sit or lie down. Big thumbs up on this!

Comments:I love this thing. I had read other reviews and people had breakage issues, but I decided to go ahead. . . if it broke, I'd return it. I've had not problems with it. This thing really does work you all over. I am sore when I'm done for the rest of the evening not hurt, just a good, good sore, which didn't happen with my previous floor workout. I believe you can use it for cardio workout, but I haven't used it for that, so can't comment on that aspect of it. I used to struggle to get to 15 minutes of floor workout dumbbells, ab roller, calisthenics done before going onto my cardio machine. With the Easy Shaper, I fly through 30 minutes in what seems like less time. Jogging is the only exercise that ever helped me lose weight and keep it off, but I hated it "Oh God, it's Wednesday; I have to jog tonight. I actually look forward to working out now, just like I look forward to going to play tennis I don't consider that I "have" to play tennis, and now, I don't feel like I "have" to do an Easy Shaper routine. The DVD is very helpful, but now that I've been using this for a while, I wish there was another DVD with more specific information on working specific more muscle groups, the effect of changing placement of the hands, etc. I bought one for my sister-in-law who has been diagnosed with cholesterol problems and now needs to work out, and for my buddy, who has ballooned from too much work and too little time to go to a gym.
